Returns & Exchanges Policy

At our Australian jewellery store, we want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day hassle-free returns policy on full-priced items. Read on for all the details on returning or exchanging your order.


 

14-Day Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind or need a different size, you can return or exchange full-priced items within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that your items:

  • Are in saleable condition with all original packaging
  • Haven’t been worn, damaged, or altered
  • Were purchased through our online store

Note: Sale items are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged or returned for store credit. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.


 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us: Contact us at hello@kazmexico.com with your order details.
  2. Receive a Return ID: We will send you a return ID number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Use a traceable shipping method, as we only issue refunds after inspecting the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at your expense.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@kazmexico.com. We will provide you with a return ID and work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue.


 

Parcel Not Collected

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, your parcel will be held at the post office for 10 business days. After this period, it will be returned to us. If you want your parcel re-sent, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
